Name a time where you have an disagreement with someone and how you solve that disagreement?
Tell me about yourself, describe everything on and off resume. They want to get to know you and your dedication to the position. Not a behavioral interview. They're interested in YOU. Personally, I believe its the best type of interview.
The interview questions were the typical. They wanted to know about things on my resume, what type of experience I've had, where I want to go, what type of work I enjoy, how i handle conflict, etc.

Why did you decide to apply for the SALT industry?
They didn't ask anything of substance in the interviews. Phone interviews were awkward (accountant's don't always have the best verbal communication skills) in person interview was even more awkward.
