No questions. Totally based on online question answers which are basically generic about your skills.
They want very much detail that sometimes is very time consuming to look back and find. If you combine employment with company that changed it's name 3 times the background investigation will wonder why you did not list each individually. For years you are out of work they want exact dates.
Not applicable, unless you count the background check/questionnaire requested almost 3 months later on 2/11/14.
