Nothing special , tell me about your last project , tell me about difficulties you had , how do you manage your team members , and that's it. The interviewer came with prepared questions / answers for the questions he asked. I was expecting for a much complex questions regarding design , tools, managerial approaches , none of the above where discussed. Eventually I was rejected due to "lack of knowledge" in specific domain which wasnt even in main discussion
Oh they asked quite a few questions and so did I. It wasn't just one thing they asked me.
Fairly standard questions. How would you handle _____ scenario, mostly around employee performance and team culture stuff. Only one question about handling poor customer experiences.
