Most questions were not routine questions. They had questions prepared to test knowledge of how banking and their process as a business advisor goes. Know how you can relate your past experiences to be successful in the role, and they were interested a lot in how you handle client interactions. Most questions though were derived on spot based off of things you said. They would often say something like "so you mentioned... can you expand upon that or tell us how that relates or how you dealt with that..."
