There was some important asked questions about your teamwork skills, your interpersonal relations, your management style or your ability to work in a diverse environment. Then they begin asking me a series of questions to assess your knowledge, abilities and personal suitability.
the question were related to my experience and not more then that. At many place the HR are not aware what the person job profile are and keep asking unrelevant questions. The person who took my interview asked me what are my job responsibilities.
