Interview questions will focus on technical knowledge and skill as well as your ability to design large and complex systems. Employers want to see creative thinking and lots of previous IT experience.

They have their own process on their website, first I had to do a multichoice test on HackerRank (all about AWS), after that, complete their CV form (you can do it with LinkedIn), then complete an example project, which had to get done in 3 days, I had to attach a video explaining the process, an architecture document and a README file with some keypoints.
The treat is ok, but if you expect to be ok here. I will tell you spend your time somewhere else.
