The most difficult thing was being asked the same question 4-5 times. I got no explanation of the position, the organizational structure, day to day responsibilities. Nothing. waste of time.

The interview was conducted in a way that stepped through position responsibilities and had me speak to specific examples in my past where I've delivered. I was concerned that I didn't have agriculture experience but it wasn't a factor.

"Does this sounds like something you want to do?" was the only real question.
No question was hard just there were so many.
Didn't have more than a 5 minute intro conversation about scheduling in-person interview logistics. The most unexpected thing was how unprofessional this place is. If they do any kind of legitimate marketing, it is probably chop chop-like and will do little to better your professional development.
