I don't recall any specific questions, but here are a couple of things to think about: COE is very concerned and upfront about wanting to hire the type of employee who will fit well into its culture, which is rather family-like. They don't want any prima donnas or big egos. They also are very team oriented and want people who they feel will work well in that type of environment, so there was some questions related to that as well.

There were no difficult or unexpected questions.
Do you own a dog? Yes, actual question, even though I was interviewing for a position about their fish magazine, they just kept talking about dogs. Never asked me about my experience.
