Where do you see yourself in five years?
Second interview begins. The first thing the hiring manager asks is about duties completely unrelated to the nominal job description. I admitted that I had no experience with these "auxiliary responsibilities," but was willing to learn. After hearing my answer, hiring managers cuts interview short and was let go. The whole process lasted 5 minutes. Later that day, I did a little bit of research about the company's activities on the job board, and found that they had a separate job posting looking for a candidate specializing in those very "auxiliary" tasks that I was asked about. They were trying to hire one employee for the job of two! Completed disgusted by this practice and well as their lack of tact.
