My first interview round was with a technical architect . She presented an algorithm question for implementation.
What was the "Go to Market" plan at your last position? (A direct competitor and leader in the space). Combine the two questions and some would say it's the perfect interview scenario. Or, he just needed help with his own GTM. Not sure.
No questions were asked during the initial application process as they did not schedule a screening call.
