Googled some questions from about TPM and asked them.
Give an example where you had to convince/enroll your team on your point of view. How and what did you do to achieve that
How did I deal with difficulties with team members; asked me to design WhatsApp, end to end; and various questions about challenges that TPMs would likely face. All seemed relevant to the job. I did think they were light on the technology that I’d be actually overseeing, which was odd, or I had proven myself with first tech screen.
