Home Task: As you know, Remitly is building an international financial services platform for migrants worldwide. Our platform allows migrants to send money back home to their loved ones (i.e. remittance), pay bills, issue debit cards, and more. Remitly recently decided to expand its remittance services under the Rewire brand to Singapore, which will allow Singaporeans who reside in Israel to download the app, register and use Remitly’s app to send money to their loved ones in Singapore. The main goal of this effort is to grow Remitly’s customer base in Israel and generate revenue by adding a new market – Singapore. The desired time to launch is 3 months from now. Part #1: Please describe the feature lifecycle (ideation phase until production) . Please include: a. What events you would schedule and their outcomes b. Milestones you hit and who are the participants in every stage c. Any other details that are necessary for successful product delivery 2. How would you manage features that require cross-team efforts? a. Show an example of how you track and what you track in order to ensure these cross team efforts are delivered on time and properly recorded. Part #2: As the Technical Project Manager, you have been asked to prepare a kick off meeting deck (in English) and present it to the relevant stakeholders in the kickoff meeting. In the deck please address the following : ● What information do you need in order to start the project? ● Update which of the parties in the R&D unit you are working with and what you want to verify on each step. ● Formulate the key information relevant to the project, including the main KPIs and OKRs you would use to measure its success
