It was a difficult interview because you are not prepared to dive into a specific subject; it just came up during the interview (SSO, integration architecture & security). I was able to answer his questions, but the change of contexts got me sometimes by surprise.

1.) Head of Architecture was a general discussion for an hour with some of the technical questions. 2.) Code and Design exercise round was with completely 2 unprofessional and immature Wiser employees. Both were not at all aware about how to have a discussion in an interview. Recruiter says; it will be 45 minutes of coding round but, the person who was taking the interview has said to do in 15 minutes. Interviewer only will keep on saying. It seems that Wiser technical employees have never ever given the chance in the company to speak so, whenever they take interview they, just want to showcase the candidate that, look how much I know. But, all these knowledge what they have its all bookish and theory. In fact, both were in this round were looking like an intern or with 1-2 years of experience. This I am saying the way they were interacting. They only just keep on saying and give general GYAN. They will never allow you to speak. And in every answer you will give, they will mention that this can be done by a college pass out as well. So pathetic behavior. 3.) 3rd round was from one of the architect from US. This person also has the same issue. He was only just speak. Never allow you to speak. He has asked to draw an architecture and its principal for an Amazon like Market place. And in hour time, for 40 minutes, he only spoke and when I have lost my patience and taken the charge in last 20 minutes then, I have been asked to design this market place in last 20 minutes.
