Exposure on different sourcing channels To evaluate your ability to source without job boards Exposure on resume mining from internet (passive & niche product talent - Technology & Sales guys) Ability to understand the job specifications and then search right talent and not just do a key word search Passion about being hands on as IC and lead a team at the same time Situational questions on team/conflict management Ability to deal in pressure/tight deadline situations Managing difficult stakeholders scenarios Do you know your strengths and development areas? Short term/long term career aspiration. Your readiness for 2 PM to 10 PM shift How did your convert a low/medium performer to a high performer to know your ability to coach people? Examples of times when you failed and how did you reach to it & leanings? Experience is running training & coaching sessions for your team I think interactions were great. Although, my candidate was out on hold as team wanted to meet few more candidates as there were few areas which came as a concern; however these were known by the recruiter from day 1. I wish organization a great success ahead!!!
