The whole interview process they basically went over my resume with me and asked me how the duties performed at each place listed supported the position being applied for. They are also gauging confidence. They like to see someone who is animated, multiple tones in your voice, and other things that should come "natural" to any good sales person
Are you available for rotating shifts. please be honest, as shifts are based on company need with call center matrix adhered to.
