I see you are playing a role of Technical role but will you be able to implement the solution by your own. You will have to technical implement the solutions and help your juniors at the same time.
What made me feel like I would be a good fil for this position?
The most interesting one that is worth mentioning is that one of the interviews is actually a mock-customer interview where you need to take notes and capture project requirements. After the interview you have to take a test to determine how much of the customer project detail you recalled.
