Tell about yourself/background... All the interview process is a joke. I've done twice interview for this company once I spent a week between phone calls asking the same questions then I met the team leader which asked three questions, and my background follwed with the Hr representative after that i had a healthy issue and i had no choice to accept the offer, I've tried to speak with the HR person but they refuse to accept me, after a while the same position appeared on linkedin and tried again Someone in USA reached me out and scheduled an interview, I passed to the following stage but end up that the person that should be doing the interview called sick and someone else had to do which was the same person from february , after that i had to wait a week to recieve a No from this joke company They haven'teven mentioned properly why I didnt passed. They just said I wasnt compentent enough for the role while they knew i have done that interview before Avoid this company ... this is like the other americans company give opportunity for boyfriends/girlfriend husband and wifes or even friend of someone that current work in the company. As they had already selected they treat you like a very unprofessional and after they say they treat all the interview the same
