None is difficult. Only behavioral questions. Except the interviewer is not qualified to interview technical & engineer candidate even though she might have several years of experience.

She asked me to pretend that she was a shopper with a friend, how would I greet them and sell clothing. The question felt wrong as it more was about acting then actually selling retail. I sensed that she herself, does not have the first idea how to actually sell retail and meet customer satisfaction.
DM asked typical resume questions (likes/dislikes about previous job). Then used a printed questionnaire with behavioral scenario type questions. "What would you do if you saw one of your co-workers doing something unethical?"
