For Second/Final Stage, a BD Manager presentation / PowerPoint is the crucial part of the interview. This will take roughly 5 hours to prepare. You MUST pre-script or summarise how you would deal with the two management scenarios, and these are weighted quite heavily.
They spent the majority of the time focusing on culture fit. The key question in my mind was "Do you understand what Risk is?", which was very layered and obtuse. But being able to have a conversation, communicating that not all the answers are there was a good start.
