It was mainly project based. But basic questions, how do you handle working with different types of people. Tell me about a time you had to handle a difficult situation at work. How do you handle the pressure? What could you bring as value to this position? Mostly, however it was them explaining what the company model was, future growth plans and current growing pains. The Hiring Manager of the division was very cautious but I did like him and everyone I met. It is a great company and good office modern space. The location was not desirable as the city it was in the commute is not great to get to and there are not a lot of restaurants nearby for lunchtime. But in the office lots of amenities like free catered lunches weekly, a monthly lunch credit, great coffee, gym, and showers on-site.
