Good candidates must have extensive knowledge in the field and have the curiosity and drive to constantly learn about new technology. They don't really ask difficult questions... they keep the interview so short and simple since the company is trying to talk/hire people continuously to keep the company alive. The more people they interview the more chances they have to hire and keep selling the products to keep the company afloat.
