What was my background and experience. The interviewer did not asked any important follow up questions. Didn't seem very inquisitive. I prepared so much for this interview, the whole thing seemed like a waste.

None. They were in a hurry to hire as fast as they could. The new call center had to be up and running in a very short amount of time and they were not picky on who they hired. About half of the people hired, should not have been.
