Good candidates must have extensive knowledge in the field and have the curiosity and drive to constantly learn about new technology. Nothing was really difficult.
Most difficult was not just one question, but a test of questions that was introduced by the EMR vendor themselves. I'm still not certain how I passed it, but I did! It was designed to be more of an IQ assessment instead of being job specific, but it was still a pass/fail style assessment. If you didn't meet a minimum score you did not pass and they will not consider you for employment in that position.
I did not find any questions to be difficult or unexpected. I had been looking for work for quite a while, had researched the company prior to attending the interview, and felt that the interview was fair and to the point.
