They had a 5 minute role-play about how you would assist a student who had some educational challenges and wanted to spend their time being an activist. This seemed unreasonable given that they weren't open to sharing much about the job itself or what the expectations for the employee are.
What is your experience in maintaining release trains within a SAFe methodology?
Not quite a question...They have a coaching model they have you learn through an intensive week of training, and then expect you to apply it without any guidance or practice during a mock session with a coach, while that coach is also evaluating you.
