I received a few more leading questions, but feel like they gave me an opportunity to share, and I must have covered most of what they wanted to know. I can talk though, so that's not a far-fetched idea ;)

How specific past experiences will help in the position of Associate Analyst at Moody's.
No unexpected question, all are those your should know well about and answer without even a little hesitation.
The interview process by phone was typical. But the panel interview was unorganized and biased. The interview process may have changed now though.
How do you manage projects with tight or conflicting deadlines?
What do you know about credit research? Have you analyzed high yield debt before? Give me an example.
What do you think it takes to be successful at Moody's? (and follow up question: how do you have these skills?)
Ask them questions at the end. My favorite was, "what questions did I leave unanswered or you wanting more information? I have additional examples I can provide to clarify anything you may be still looking for." They always had a question which have the opportunity to provide more good experience and information.
