The first interview asked me mainly about my experiences, what I am comfortable with and interested in. I also deviated into values quite a bit to help them get a better understanding working with me. Very open ended interview.
The second interview asked me to design a solution for an operational data pipeline and we talked about it the next day. The request was vague and had almost no requirements. So my answer was vague and talked more about what information would be needed to complete the design.
Can you do VB scripting ?
Since I didn't make it past the basic HR phone screen, not much insight I can give here. Have a copy of your resume handy as they'll want to talk through your work history.
