Mostly they asked me about my previous experience. I was impressed that they came into the interviews having already reviewed my resume thoroughly and prepared specific experience-related questions for me. It was very relaxed and non-technical.

Each interview lasted about 2-hours. About 1/4 of this time, the interviewer expected that I would ask him questions about the position. It is difficult to fill this much time with questions about a position you've already read about, filled out an application, and interviewed for in the past couple months.
