For a junior position as stated in the job description, the questions were very difficult, such as Blue screen scenario other than forcing a restart and starting in safe mode. Networking questions- he was looking for tehnical definions , e.g. DHCP, router, what it does, how it works. Answers that you cannot provide in less than one year experience. Most of the questions were about advanced networking skills and in the j description it wasn't mentioned such a thing.
