I was asked to role play- as in customer and teller scenario. Really uncomfortable and put on the spot. Be ready to be an actor for these interviews.
There was a question about a difficult situation in which i had to deal with and how i handled it. It was essentially what the question was asking except that it was phrased differently and used different words. It was a rather long question and i had to ask to have the question repeated and even paused for a few seconds. only difficult question really
What animal would you be and why in group interview
Being asked to sell the pen was probably the most difficult and unexpected task. People don't usually think tellers are selling anything to people, but tellers have to be able to convince people to get a credit card, bank account, or other things related to the bank.
