I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at the LEGO Group
Interview
Interviewer reached out with details about the position, asked me about my current role and the work that I do. Had couple of telephonic/Zoom interviews with the Lego group for a software development engineer position. It was a very smooth and easy process for any decent software engineer.
The process begins with submitting an application, after which qualified candidates are contacted and invited to attend an in-person interview conducted at the specific store location where the final hiring decision will ultimately be made
When I had my interview the process started with an initial call with recruiter, then call with Engineering Manager where you get a take home project, then another call to discuss decisions made in your take project and finally a behavioural.
