The interview process consisted of 3 interview rounds. The first 2 interviews were individual interviews with LEGO Sales leaders. The third interview was a short presentation to an interview panel committee.

Very good organization, atmosphere during the meeting, clear steps, good communication, substantive questions. I received answer for my question about structure, rules in company etc. Interview with HR Partner, Sales Manager and GM.
