smooth and thorough. the screening call was done to assess basic qualifications, followed by a first interview that includes situational questions to gauge problem-solving skills, and a final round with a hiring manager and a technical assessment to evaluate deeper abilities and fit before extending a job offer.

The whole recruitment process took 6 months and consisted of 4 rounds. Although long, the process was transparent and clear on the next steps. The recruitment team kept me in the loop. They were responsive, helpful and open about how I did at every stage.
