I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group in Jun 2022
Interview
I had an incredibly pleasant experience of the recruitment process, which started off with a 20 minute phone interview about my skills and motivations for the role, followed by a second round virtual call interview for which I had to prepare two requested tasks and present them. The interviews were not extremely hard nor overly formal, but actually quite enjoyable.

First round was an Initial chat.
