Interview
It was very smooth and pretty much stress free in terms of the agendas, HR (Stacy Williamson) did a great job, she also secured support from local HR (Aldo Barrera), they were fully supportive in every step of the way, in terms of the the interviews, they were great, the folks were very professional, diligent, attentive, and thorough, I absolutely enjoyed the whole recruitment process and I am really happy to have joined the Lego group!

Interview
Interview process involved a case study and two interviews. Due to another candidate's availability this was a long process. I was kept well informed throughout. The case study was open to interpretation, I think this was to test my analytical thinking, rather than my knowledge of a specific task.
