The interviewers are nice enough, and the interview process was actually not too hard. It's just the fact that they take incredibly long to get back to you on everything. For example from my initial call with the internal recruiter, they said they'll pass me the interview invite within the same day. It got to me the following week. That was a bit unprofessional. I would've been fine if it was communicated properly. After the second screening interview, I haven't heard back a word from them. It has almost been a month since then actually and I've had offers from other companies since. Just surprised I haven't even gotten a generic "we are not proceeding with the interview". Seems quite strange coming from a reputable company like Lego.
