The interview was good. The recruiters and Managers were really nice, there was a very good atmosphere. I was in contact with one of the recruiters then I had the interview with the hiring managers. The questions were mostly related to the daily operations way of working, and the systems used in my previous company and the description of how it will be in the Lego Group.

3 steps interview: 1 ) recruiter introduction on the recruitment process, explained on what will be the position and the recruiter checked if my skills and experiences were matching with the role, plus case study preparation. 2) hire manager and team leader 1st round interview, we discussed on my previous experience and my personality 3) case study presentation whit hire manage and team lead plus one person of the team.
