After application, I received an invite to an automated interview. Then, I had a few rounds Teams meeting with future manager but also colleagues at the same level: Always a bit of a long wait between interviews and feedback (2-3 weeks). The good part was the interviewers and how they treat you. So global appreciation, not fan of the process but fan of the people inside Lego and that is the most important.
