      I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group

      Interview

      The process set up for this role was well explained and set up by the Talent lead. Clear explanation on what will happen till we get to the final stages. there were 4 rounds, each with different stakeholders as the role is very critical to LEGO Groups success in future and hence finding the right candidate for the job was important. Round 1 - With Sr Talent lead (HR) - to check understanding of the role and gauge my experience. Understand if I would be right fit in the LEGO Group team and values. Second round - With Hiring Director and HR - Technical round and checks were made to ensure I had sound knowledge in what was being asked Third Round - Case study. Ample time given to prepare and then present to Senior leaders in the Function Fourth Round - VP and Head of Talent and also Senior Director for LnD Facts shared, information shared at all times and process kept simple.
