Very thorough and extensive process that lasted months due to an internal re-org and a new organization (GAME). Exciting to meet so many people during the interview process. It felt serious and passionate.

I have never felt as supported through an interview process as I have with LEGO. From the recruiter I worked with, who was friendly, informative, and communicative, to the ebook, videos, and other materials provided in the candidate portal, it is clear that LEGO as a company wants each and every candidate to feel prepared to put their best foot forward. While the final outcome wasn't what I hoped for, the overall interview process gets an A+.

After Resume shortlist, I was invited for an interview with HR which is first round of 3 round process.
Second round was with Hiring Manager.
Once you clear second round, the third and final round is with hiring manager and another senior member and includes case study.

Very straightforward process and there was a reasonable amount of communication from the recruiter. Everyone was flexible and accommodating when scheduling 3 interviews. I had a case study to complete and present, which resulted in a good dialogue with the interviewers.
