Interview
There are 3 rounds to the interviews and 1 screening call with HR.
The first round is with the hiring manager and the second round is a panel interview and the final round is a case presentation + panel interviews. Overall the team has been very professional and did not make you feel uncomfortable. Despite I rated the interview to be average in difficulty but I would say it require you hours of work and preparation to it. I almost feel used. I have been recieving great feedback throughout the interview but end up with no offer.

Generally questions related to your experience and how could it apply to the work environment at Lego. Mostly behavioral questions.
They will challenge you during the case presentation and do ask thing outside from the case.

Interview
I have never felt as supported through an interview process as I have with LEGO. From the recruiter I worked with, who was friendly, informative, and communicative, to the ebook, videos, and other materials provided in the candidate portal, it is clear that LEGO as a company wants each and every candidate to feel prepared to put their best foot forward. While the final outcome wasn't what I hoped for, the overall interview process gets an A+.

After Resume shortlist, I was invited for an interview with HR which is first round of 3 round process.
Second round was with Hiring Manager.
Once you clear second round, the third and final round is with hiring manager and another senior member and includes case study.

Very straightforward process and there was a reasonable amount of communication from the recruiter. Everyone was flexible and accommodating when scheduling 3 interviews. I had a case study to complete and present, which resulted in a good dialogue with the interviewers.
