      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group in Feb 2024

      Interview

The recruitment process had 3 stages. I did not encounter any unexpected or distressing situation. All processes were carried out very professionally. With every contact I had with the employees, I started to get to know and love the company culture, and naturally, being satisfied with the process was a big factor in accepting the job.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in Feb 2024

      Interview

It was a first round of interview conducted Virtually with purpose to “Know Me better” and it was clearly mentioned its not a technical interview. Accordingly, I was asked general questions about my current role, why I want to join LEGO and what will be benefits offered etc. It was scheduled to be 20 minutes but recruiter came late and then rushed the whole interview as she had back to back interviews and provided me just 2 minutes to explain my profile and relevant experience. Later I was rejected for not being a suitable candidate. I believe it was unjust and unethical to perform a generic interview in a rush and later conclude that candidate is not fit technically or experience wise for the role.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      1. Tell me about yourself. (2 minutes) 2. Why are you willing to switch Employer.(2 minutes) 3. What is your current role responsibilities (2 minutes) 4. Tell me about your family (spouse/kids) 6 minutes 5. Recruiter explaining benefits & compensation (5 minutes) 6. Recruiter explaining relocation support (5 minutes)
