It was very structured and they planned very well so there is no confusion even though there has been three rounds of interview. I liked the last round as i found it very creative. They asked me to solve three different task which is relevant to my Job role as compliance manager. I think this task help me to creative and also help my interviewer to see my ability to do the same. Its a round worth to take even you do not get the offer, indeed you learn the LEGO way from those task.:)
