      Design Intern Interview

      Aug 12, 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group in May 2024

      Interview

Extremely creative interview process. Atmosphere felt very encouraging to think outside the box on answers, be honest and open, and be a little quirky and fun. Overall a low stress and surprisingly fun experience. The usual challenge of pre recorded interviews was definitely there, but was undercut by the fun - and very different from other, usual interviews - atmosphere.
