Three interviews: First one (online) with a recruiter, mostly talking about practical stuff and a few questions regarding motivation for applying. Short and efficient, was about 30 minutes. Second interview (online) with Manager and two team-members. Interview was about an hour, with lots of questions from them and me, and a short case presentation of a recent project from my portfolio. Third interview was on location with manager, one team-member, and one colleague with shared craft/same position. For the third interview, I got a Lego case to prepare at home about a week in advance. The walkthrough of the case was on a whiteboard with the possibility of showing on a screen.
