3 interviews. First with HR, then with two managers and finally with all three of them. For the 3rd interview I was asked to prepare a case study. Everyone was present and the setting relaxed. Everything was conducted via Teams.

3 stage interview process including video screening, interview with the Hiring Manager and finally a panel presentation. Each interaction felt relaxed which built a natural flow of conversation. I really enjoyed the process and felt I get a genuine sense of the organisation and the people I'd potentially be working with
