I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Aug 2022
Interview
Had three interviews, all very structured and relaxed, they do a great deal to make you feel at ease and welcome. First interview seemed to be to get a general feel from the perspective of the recruitment team. Second seemed to be related to the internal team getting an introduction and getting a sense of who you are. Third was a case interview. It was a pleasure to be part of.

Question 1
If you find one of your employees is working a lot more hours than is agreed in the contract what does that tell you?
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (London, England)
Interview
I applied on the Lego careers website at the beginning of October and had a screening call with the talent acquisition member. After that I was told that all applications will be reviewed by the hiring manager and the outcome will be notified after 14th November.
Got no update, so I followed up a couple of times with the talent team, but didn't get any feedback! Then I received an automated email saying my application has been unsuccessful, again in a few hours I got another email saying ignore the previous email as that was sent in error, my application is still in process and someone will be in touch for the next steps.
It's Dec now, no further communication received from anyone, my application status still says "pending interview".
Overall, I haven't had a positive experience with Lego careers. If they need good candidates, they need to move fast..Given how big the brand is, they seem to be taking candidates for granted.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group
Interview
Three stages + HR screening call. Very pleasant and well thought out process, with interesting discussions in each interview. It was all done remotely during lockdown and I was kept well informed throughout by the LEGO Group recruiter.
Stage 1: short discussion with line manager about role, and my experience
Stage 2: technical task with lead engineers - present a recent implementation of a complex system
Stage 3: culture and team fit with other engineering and product managers
