They asked about my philosophy on teaching coding and how I would approach conveying complex concepts. After this interview, I got a call back the next day.

Easy zoom interview with the general manager of the establishment. Talked about goals and experience tutoring. Talked about past experiences and coding abilities/knowledge. We then discuss day to day duties and determined if this is what I was interested in.

Zoom call, spoke to the manager, asked me questions about my relevant experience. I was a college freshman at the time. It was a pleasant experience even though I was nervous.
