You spend more time disciplining people than training them. As a result, training in this company is extremely stressful to say the least.

Typical behavioral stuff, "tell me about a time when you..." etc. Lots of questions about classroom management. They train large groups of contact center staff, so the team looks for the ability to connect with people and handle difficult personalities with grace.
