Training specialists are responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for educational institutions, businesses, and organizations by identifying training and development needs. They can either directly present training or supervise other trainers and staff. Identified goals and desired outcomes help establish benchmarks and assessment standards for evaluating the effectiveness of the training program.
The most difficult question was something very specific about water treatment. I can't remember what the question was but I do remember how hard it was to answer it. It felt just like answering a final question from my water treatment class in my master degree program.
Questions were pretty common- why maurices, greatest strengths and weaknesses, tell me about a time you set and acheived a goal.

How well are you at leading in a team environment?
Ask questions regarding resume and past experiences and why you would be a good fit for the role
If needed, would you be willing to travel? Land, GOM, overseas?
Whether I would feel comfortable coming in on a training contract to work under younger associates
Provide an example of a time when I didn't follow the rules, why, and what happened.
Why would I be a good candidate? How did I operate under pressure? Did I do anything to make a difference in my current role?
