They simply take you into the back find a chair and sit you down, in front of all the other workers. There is no secluded or quiet place. They will ask simple questions regarding how you would handle certain situations. I had the guy ask me what to do if a broken screen came in to the shop and I answered with a simple answer get a price and quote the cust, that simple.
